Hey Y'all! I'm elly! It's nice ta meet'cha! Well, I've been an artist since I held crayons in my hands but didn't really find a true interest in it until my late 20's. Traditional art and decorative art were my thangs back in the day......till 2004 when I discovered drawing on the computer!! My art life changed dramatically after that!!
I dabble in everything from sculpting, painting in oils, acrylics, and watercolor, to faux finishes, decorative art, wood burning, jewelry making, and interior decorating, to cake decorating, cake art/painting, gumpaste art and fondant work. Oh, and I also sew and crochet...whew! BUT, my specialty is digital freehand drawing/painting and photorealism. It's my true therapy!!! Feel free to visit my galleries at these other sites as not all of my work will be displayed here for some time yet....

OK, I finally made it here to my journal before half the year is over!! Yeah me!! :headbang:
I've been trying a new style of art and I'll be interested in seeing how popular it is...see what people are liking these days. I purchased a program called ArtRage 4 and I'm really starting to enjoy it!!
FYI - I don't believe in 'tracing' my work. I freehand draw instead :)
